Their own identity.
A collector needs the card they actually own. Chinese releases have their own set lists, numbering and images. Your app can keep those identities intact.

Before your first request.
Does “Chinese” mean Simplified or Traditional Chinese?
This catalogue covers the Simplified Chinese print line, identified by CN. Simplified Chinese cards have their own sets, numbering and images. Traditional Chinese coverage is not included in this page.
Is lang=zh enough to find Chinese cards?
The language parameter controls the returned name. Filter cards with q=set.region:CN, or list sets with region=CN, to select the Chinese print line. Add lang=zh for Chinese names; a missing translation falls back to English. Read the query syntax
Can I try the Chinese catalogue before subscribing?
Yes. The trial includes Chinese cards, sets and sealed catalogue endpoints. Email verification unlocks 800 total trial credits, valid for 30 days from signup, with no payment card required. Trial price rows exclude graded quotes and quotes explicitly labelled with a non-English locale. See plan details for Chinese price data. Check plan details
Are booster boxes and other sealed products included?
Yes. The Simplified Chinese sealed catalogue launched on 30 October 2026 with 273 products; 254 had Cardmarket low and trend quotes in EUR at launch. These are dated launch figures. Query /v1/sealed by set, read languages: ["zh"] on the products, then request /v1/sealed/{sku}/prices for price rows. Read the release note
Can the same integration include Japanese cards?
Yes. Use region=JP for sets and q=set.region:JP for cards. Chinese, Japanese and Western print lines use the same endpoints and response format, with each printing keeping its own identity. Explore the Japanese catalogue
